Dr. Amanda Charay Campbell Cooley was born on June 19, 1979 to Charles and Brendalyn Campbell (Her father passed in 2001). Amanda was raised in the Hoy Community. Amanda is the granddaughter of the late Nelson and Ardella Keys and the late Freeman Campbell and Mary Mims. Amanda is the proud wife of Randall Cooley. Randall and Amanda have 5 sons and 1 bonus Godson, twin baby boys, Darian and Darius AKA Butterbean and FatFat, Kendrick, Jamarcus, Darvan, and Tyshawn Dean. One grandbaby Kyson Cooley. Member of NAACP and Board Member American Red Cross.

My Story

Amanda's biggest supporters is her Brother Roderick, sister-in-law Vernita, and nieces Kayla and Kaitlin, and nephew Kendall. Dr. Amanda is a born-again Christian and member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Hattiesburg MS. Dr. Amanda is an 1997 Graduate of Northeast Jones High School in Laurel, MS, 1999 Graduate of Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, MS where she received an Associate Degree in Medical Office Technology, 2003 Graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS where she received and Bachelors degree in Health Promotion and Administration, 2006 Graduate of The University of Phoenix where she received a Masters in Health Administration, 2021 Board Certified Christian Counselor, 2022 graduated from Northwest Christian University in Florida with four Doctorate degrees in Christian Education, Counseling, Organizational Leadership, Christian Education Administration, Christian Social Worker and 2022 completed Chaplaincy Certification and a Board Certified Christian Counselor from Lighthouse Center in New York. Dr. Amanda is also a Certified Kidpreneur Educator and, Board Certified Christian Life Coach from NACC.

 

Dr. Amanda is a part of the following sister hoods, Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc, member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, and member of National Council of Negro Women, Board of Director for United Way of the Pinebelt. Amanda is also a member of the Jones County Chamber of Commerce and National Association for the Education of Young Children. Amanda is also a Member of PWN Authors and Speaker Bureau. Amanda has co-authored in Raising African American Boys, Raising African American Girls, Releasing Strongholds Letting Go What's Holding You Back, Authored her Biography, and latest release Rebellion to Reward. Amanda is the proud owner of Greater Expectations Children Learning Center (Daycare), Unlimited Dreams Christian Learning Center (PreK-12th Grade), Vision of Hope Outreach, and upcoming Keys to Success Center.
